RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Astro Rebel, we value our clients and strive to provide high-quality consultations, courses, reports, products, and educational services. This Return & Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds, cancellations, returns, or rescheduling may be available.

1. General Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to the terms outlined in this Policy. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the type of service, course or product purchased. Where a refund is approved, it will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction within 7 business days. Nothing in this Policy limits any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

2. Astrology & Numerology Consultations

Consultation fees are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed. If a Client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment, they must provide notice in accordance with the cancellation terms communicated at the time of booking.

Where sufficient notice is provided, Astro Rebel may, at its discretion:

• Reschedule the consultation;

• Provide a credit toward a future consultation; or

• Issue a refund where applicable.

Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior sufficient notice may result in the consultation fee being forfeited.

3. Courses and Educational Programs

Fees paid for courses or educational programs may be non-refundable once the Client has accessed, downloaded, or otherwise received substantial course content. Once a course has been substantially accessed or completed, refunds may no longer be available, except where required by applicable law. Fees paid for courses or educational programs are only refundable prior to their commencement.

4. Digital Products and Reports

Due to the nature of digital products, downloadable materials, personalized reports, and electronically delivered services, purchases are generally non-refundable once the product or report has been delivered, accessed, or downloaded. If a digital product is defective, materially incomplete, or cannot reasonably be accessed due to a technical issue, the Client should contact Astro Rebel so that the issue can be reviewed and, where appropriate, the product may be replaced or another suitable resolution provided.

5. Duplicate or Incorrect Payments

If a Client is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a payment processing error, the duplicate charge may be refunded upon verification. Clients should contact Astro Rebel as soon as possible regarding suspected duplicate or incorrect charges.

6. Services Not Provided

If Astro Rebel is unable to provide a service that has already been paid for, the Client may be offered a rescheduled appointment, service credit, or refund, as appropriate.

7. Refund Requests

Refund requests should be submitted through the contact information provided on the Astro Rebel website and should include:

• Client name;

• Order or booking details;

• Date of purchase or booking;

• Reason for the refund request; and

• Any relevant supporting information.

Astro Rebel will review each request in accordance with this Policy and applicable law.

8. Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable Products & Services

All gemstones, loose rudraksha, rudraksha beads, bracelets, and other spiritual products offered by Astro Rebel are final sale, non-refundable, and non-returnable.

This policy applies to purchases regardless of:

• Perceived quality or appearance

• Expected or perceived spiritual effects

• Delivery timing

• Personal preference or change of mind

• Failure to achieve a desired or anticipated outcome

These products and services may be personally selected, customized, purified, energized, or prepared specifically for the Client. Due to their personalized nature and the services involved in their preparation, all sales are final once an order has been confirmed.

9. Processing of Approved Refunds

Once a refund has been approved, Astro Rebel will initiate the refund to the original payment method where reasonably possible. The time required for the refund to appear in the Client’s account may vary depending on the payment provider, financial institution, or payment method used.

10. Promotional Offers

Purchases made through promotional offers, discounted pricing, packages, or special campaigns may be subject to additional terms and conditions disclosed at the time of purchase.

11. Changes to This Policy

Astro Rebel reserves the right to update or modify this Return & Refund Policy from time to time.

Any changes will be posted on the Astro Rebel website with the updated effective date. The revised Policy will apply to purchases made after the effective date, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
