SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Astro Rebel is committed to processing and delivering orders as efficiently and carefully as possible. This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to physical products purchased through Astro Rebel, including gemstones, rudraksha, spiritual products, and related items.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully received and the order details have been verified. Personalized, customized, purified, energized, or specially prepared products may require additional processing time before shipment. Processing times may vary depending on the nature and availability of the product. Any estimated processing time provided at the time of purchase is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.

2. Shipping

Orders are shipped to the address provided by the Client at the time of purchase. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is complete and accurate. Astro Rebel is not responsible for delays, additional charges, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the Client before the order is finalized.

3. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination, shipping method, carrier, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances beyond Astro Rebel's reasonable control. Delivery estimates are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery by a specific date.

4. Shipping Delays

Astro Rebel is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Weather conditions

• Natural disasters

• Postal or courier disruptions

• Transportation delays

• Customs or border processing

• Public holidays

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

• Other unforeseen circumstances

If an order is delayed, Astro Rebel will make reasonable efforts to assist the Client in tracking or resolving the delivery issue.

5. International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import charges, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the Client. Astro Rebel is not responsible for delays resulting from customs inspections or import procedures.

6. Tracking Information

Where tracking is available, tracking information may be provided to the Client once the order has been shipped. Clients are responsible for monitoring their shipment and ensuring that someone is available to receive the package where required.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping address provided by the Client and confirmed by the applicable carrier, Astro Rebel is not responsible for packages that are subsequently lost, stolen, or misplaced. If a package appears to be lost or has not been received within a reasonable period after the estimated delivery date, the Client should contact Astro Rebel promptly so that the shipment can be investigated.

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

If a Client provides an incorrect or incomplete shipping address and the package is returned to Astro Rebel, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order. Where the package cannot be recovered or redirected, Astro Rebel is not responsible for such loss.

9. Damaged Packages

Clients should inspect their package upon delivery. If a package appears to have been damaged during transit, the Client should document the damage, including photographs where possible, and contact Astro Rebel promptly. Astro Rebel may request photographs or other information necessary to assess the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.

10. Personalized and Specially Prepared Products

Certain products may be selected, customized, purified, energized, consecrated, or specially prepared for an individual Client. These products may require additional preparation time before shipment. The Client acknowledges that personalized preparation may affect the estimated processing and delivery timeframe.

11. Delivery Acceptance

By placing an order, the Client acknowledges that delivery estimates are approximate and may be affected by circumstances outside Astro Rebel's control. Astro Rebel will make reasonable efforts to fulfill and ship orders within the communicated processing timeframe.
