TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services, products, consultations, courses, reports, digital tools, educational materials, and other content offered by Astro Rebel, Astro Rebel Ltd., AstroRebel.ca, Astrologer Akshay Kapoor (collectively known as, “Astro Rebel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, booking a consultation, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a course, clicking “I Accept,” or otherwise using any Astro Rebel service, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.

1. Services

Astro Rebel provides astrology and numerology consultations, educational courses, reports, digital resources, products, and related services. All services are provided for informational, educational, personal-reflection, and entertainment purposes only. Astrology and numerology should not be considered a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other specialized advice.

2. No Guarantee of Results

Astrology and numerology involve interpretation and are not scientifically established methods for predicting future events or guaranteeing particular outcomes. Astro Rebel does not guarantee the accuracy of any reading, prediction, interpretation, recommendation, or forecast, nor does it guarantee any specific personal, professional, financial, relationship, health, or other outcome. The Client is solely responsible for decisions made or actions taken based on any Astro Rebel service or information.

3. Consultations

Consultations are provided based on the information supplied by the Client, including birth date, birth time, birth location, and pictures of palms of both hands, where applicable. The accuracy of information provided by the Client may affect the interpretation or outcome of a consultation. Astro Rebel is not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information supplied by the Client.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for exercising their own judgment when considering any information provided through an Astro Rebel consultation, product, course, report, or digital resource. Astro Rebel does not encourage Clients to make significant medical, legal, financial, or other consequential decisions solely on the basis of astrology or numerology.

5. Payments

All applicable fees and payment must be paid in advance, accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented at the time of purchase or booking. Prices may be changed at any time; however, changes will not affect purchases that have already been completed unless otherwise stated. Astro Rebel reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, booking or an enrollment in course where there is a legitimate reason to do so.

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Consultation or course enrollment cancellations and rescheduling requests are subject to the cancellation policy communicated at the time of booking. Where applicable, cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted within 10 days of original booking. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the loss of the consultation or course enrollment fee. Any refunds will be handled in accordance with the applicable refund policy.

7. Courses and Educational Content

All courses, lessons, recordings, documents, presentations, and educational materials provided by Astro Rebel are intended for the registered Client’s personal educational use. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publish, share, copy, record, modify, or commercially exploit Astro Rebel course materials without prior written permission.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Astro Rebel, including but not limited to horoscope details, course or product related information, text, graphics, course materials, reports, videos, recordings, logos, branding, educational materials, and digital resources, is owned by or licensed to Astro Rebel unless otherwise stated. No intellectual property rights are transferred to the Client through the purchase or use of any Astro Rebel product or service.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy

Astro Rebel respects the privacy and confidentiality of its Clients. Personal information, including names, birth details, contact information, and consultation-related information, will be handled in accordance with our applicable Privacy Policy. Client information will not be sold or shared for marketing purposes. Information may be disclosed where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to provide a service requested by the Client.

10. Prohibited Use

Clients agree not to use Astro Rebel services or materials for unlawful purposes or in a manner that infringes upon the rights of Astro Rebel or others. Clients may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to Astro Rebel systems, reproduce protected materials, impersonate Astro Rebel or its representatives, or use our content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

Astro Rebel may use third-party platforms, payment processors, scheduling systems, communication services, or other external providers. Astro Rebel is not responsible for the independent policies, availability, security, or practices of third-party services. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astro Rebel and Astrologer Akshay Kapoor will not be liable for any loss, damage, expense, or consequence arising from reliance on astrology, numerology, palmistry consultations, products, predictions, educational materials, reports, or other information provided through our services or products. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

Astro Rebel reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services, product, course enrollment, where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving abusive, threatening, inappropriate, fraudulent, or unlawful conduct. Where appropriate, any applicable refund will be determined in accordance with our refund and cancellation policies and applicable law.

14. Changes to These Terms

Astro Rebel may update or modify these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted through the appropriate Astro Rebel website or platform. Your continued use of our services or products after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Alberta. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts of Alberta. The client consents to Alberta jurisdiction and and agrees not to challenge the jurisdiction of such courts in connection with any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the services and products provided by Astro Rebel.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or limited to the extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy, and product or service-specific terms, constitute the agreement between Astro Rebel and the Client concerning the use of the applicable services.

18. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking “I Accept,” making a purchase, booking a consultation, enrolling in a course, or accessing an Astro Rebel service, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
